Montpellier striker Olivier Giroud was elected the sexiest footballer in French Ligue 1 by a poll conducted online in January by Têtu. It is not hard to see why, judging by the photos. I first notice Olivier over the brouhaha he caused when he planted a kiss on his team mate, Mathieu Debuchy in celebration of his goal against Germany. When the newspaper Le Parisien asked him about the kiss, he just shrugged and say he is an affectionate guy.
